Central Mechanical provided mechanical and plumbing construction services for a new building in the office park on the KSU campus.

The three-story 60,000 square foot building features a cafe, event space, adaptable tenant spaces, conference rooms, common space kitchens, and outdoor terrace balconies.

Our scope of work included:

  • Complete mechanical system construction
  • Roof top units
  • Fan powered terminal units
  • Complete plumbing system construction

The purpose of this project was to reinforce the university’s mission to be a place for innovation and collaboration.
