Central Mechanical provided mechanical and plumbing design-build services for the remodel of three 100-soldier barracks buildings.

The project converted the configuration of the three buildings. Each unit now includes two private sleeping rooms with walk-in closets connected by a shared bathroom and kitchen area. It also remodeled first floor office space into living quarters, increasing the occupancy of each building from 84 to 100.

Our scope of work included:

  • Water source heat pumps
  • Boiler
  • Cooling towers
  • Dedicated outdoor air system units
  • Plumbing system

Fort Riley is a United States Army installation located in North Central Kansas and is home to approximately 15,000 active-duty service members.
